We have a common sense, yet creative approach to underwriting restaurant loans. We know that net loss does not always mean negative cash flow. Many borrowers and brokers mistakenly assume that they cannot qualify for a full documentation restaurant loan and in so doing, they pass up on an opportunity for a better rate and term.
