How to Submit a Commercial Loan Package

We know that being competitive in today's market not only means having the best rates, it also means providing you with efficient and professional service to give you confidence that you have brought your loan to the right place. We can issue a Prequalification Letter within 24 hours of receiving a complete preliminary package. Here is a list of documents that we would like to see on most commercial real estate loan requests:

Loan Request Summary (Excel or PDF) or Executive Summary.

Personal Financial Statement (Excel or PDF) from each borrower/couple/partner.

Last three years of personal federal income tax returns (no State returns required).

Last three years of business financials or federal tax returns (N/A if Schedule C Business).

Credit report and explanation of any derogatory items.

Digital photos of the subject property (if available).

(If any one of these items are not readily available, get us the remaining items and we may be able to issue a Prequalification Letter without it, after your preliminary package is reviewed by one of our Business Development Officers.)

If you have never worked with Mission Oaks National Bank before, the fastest way to submit the above documents is to email them to loans@missionoaksfunding.com. If you are already working with one of our Business Development Officers, you can email your loan package directly to the BDO that you are working with.

Please be aware that due to privacy laws and security concerns, Mission Oaks National Bank cannot receive emails larger than 8 MB in size. If necessary, attach your loan package to multiple emails to avoid emails larger than 8 MB. Be sure to identify the order in which the emails were sent (e.g. - email 1 of 2 and 2 of 2). If you have individual files larger than 8 MB in size, please call us at 1-800-825-0522 for further instructions.

Fax:

You may fax new loan submissions to 760-477-2370. Please include a cover page and a Loan Request Summary. Address new loan submissions to the Direct Marketing Department. Limit fax sizes to about 25 pages (be sure to identify the number of pages being sent on the cover page). If you desire to send a larger fax, please call 1-800-825-0522 for further instructions.
